These terms govern your use of the Soundpays website. Any commercial deployment of Soundpays is governed by a separate written agreement with the team, venue, or partner concerned, and nothing on this page replaces that agreement.

This website is operated by Soundpays Corp, 383 Adelaide Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 1S4. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree to them, please do not use the site.
2. What this website is
This site describes the Soundpays product and the kinds of experience it can support. Descriptions of fan actions, moments, rules, reporting, and integrations are illustrative. What is possible for any given deployment depends on the app, the venue, the broadcast path, the data connections, and the agreements in place, and is confirmed with your team before anything goes live.
Any phone interface, offer, partner name, club name, score, or record shown on this site is an example built for illustration. It is not a live product screen, not a Soundpays app, and carries no redemption value.
3. No offer and no guarantee of results
Nothing on this site is an offer to contract, a price quotation, or a commitment to deliver a particular outcome. Statements about what can be measured describe the categories of record the platform can connect. They are not a promise of any specific response rate, redemption rate, purchase volume, or commercial return.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site. That means no attempt to gain unauthorized access, no interference with its operation or security, no automated scraping that places an unreasonable load on it, and no use of it to send unlawful, misleading, or infringing material.
5. Intellectual property
The Soundpays name, logo, marks, copy, design, illustrations, and code on this site belong to Soundpays Corp or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, republish, or adapt its content for commercial purposes without written permission. League and organization names are used descriptively and remain the property of their respective owners.
6. Information you send us
When you contact us through this site, we use the details you provide to respond to your enquiry. That handling is described in our Privacy Policy. Please do not send confidential or commercially sensitive material through the website form. Wait until a confidentiality agreement is in place.
